How Tatsulok works

Most AI is hard to start and harder to fix, so you end up doing it yourself, or sending something that isn’t right.

Tatsulok starts from your own emails and files. You change anything, and it goes out as yours.

Easy to start. Easy to fix. Yours to send.

Answers from the files you already have

Add a lease, a report or an invoice and ask in plain words. The answer carries numbers. Each one opens your file at the line it came from, so you can check it before you rely on it.

Guide: Get answers from your own files

Each number opens the lease at the line it came from. Try one in the sample below.

Say it once. Change it anytime.

Tell Tatsu who to copy or how short a reply should be, and it remembers. Everything it keeps is listed in Settings, where you can change or forget it. Your standing instructions are saved in a file, TATSU.md. Coming from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? Bring what they know about you.

Guide: Teach Tatsu how you work

Every fact Tatsu keeps, in plain words. Change or forget any of them.

Keep records you can ask about

Describe what you want to track, like expenses or client follow-ups, and Tatsu makes a small app in your Library. Tatsu adds rows from a chat, each marked with who added it and when. Later, ask “what is still unpaid?” and Tatsu reads the rows.

Guide: Keep records with an app

Four invoices, each a row Tatsu added from a chat.

All of it, in one reply

Mika asks Tatsu to check a supplier’s invoice against the quote. Tatsu finds the price that differs, adds the invoice to her Supplier invoices app, and drafts a reply that copies Jo, her bookkeeper, as she asked once before. Tatsu cannot send email: Mika changes what she wants and sends it herself.

BetaMail, Drive and the Office add-ins work today. Google is still reviewing Tatsulok, so you may see a warning from Google when you connect, and the add-ins install by hand for now.

Try it on your own work
