Our principles
What you can hold us to. Each of these is true today, and where something is still being built, we say so.
Tatsulok prepares. You decide.
Tatsu does the busywork, and the decisions stay yours. On the web, on your phone and in Word and Excel, Tatsu never sends an email, pays for anything, moves a file between your personal and team library, or deletes something for good without your confirmation. Anything Tatsu removes from your library goes to Trash first, where you can restore it for 30 days.
You can see where an answer came from
When an answer comes from your files or the web, it shows where. You can open the source and check it yourself, and you come away knowing more, not depending on us.
You can change what Tatsu prepares
You are never stuck with Tatsu's first try. Edit an email draft or a text document yourself, or ask Tatsu to redo anything.
Your files stay yours
Documents you upload to your personal library are private by default and accessible only to your account, and your documents are never used to train AI models. You can download your files and export your library records. You can delete your account at any time; it is erased after a 30-day grace period, once any active plan has ended and any team you own is handed to another admin or closed.
Systems you own and understand
Tatsu can make a small app in your own library, like a tracker for the quotes you send, and you fill it in through the app itself or ask Tatsu to add entries from a chat. To change how an app looks or works, you ask Tatsu. We are building toward the rest: Tatsu offering a whole system for work you repeat, with each part explained, so you can understand it and change it yourself.
No pressure to come back
No streaks to keep, no invented urgency, and no notifications designed to pull you back. Cancelling a plan takes a few clicks, with no obstacle course. We count success by the work you finish, never by the time you spend here.
We say plainly what we cannot do
When Tatsulok cannot read a file, it tells you, so you know what an answer is missing. When something is not built yet, we say so, as this page does.
The same care for everyone
Every person who uses Tatsulok gets the same care, whatever they believe and wherever they come from.
