Who we are, plainly
Tatsulok is built by Aquila Smart City Technologies, Inc. This page says why it exists, where we are taking it, and what we hold to. No marketing language.
Why Tatsulok exists
Much of a working day goes to busywork: finding the right email, digging up the quote, sorting files, writing the first draft, adding up the numbers, fixing the formatting. The work that matters comes after that. Deciding what to say, judging what is right, caring for the person on the other end, and putting your name on it.
Tatsulok prepares the busywork from your own files and email. Tatsu, the helper inside it, does the gathering and the first draft. You keep the work that matters. You change what is wrong, and you send it. That is our promise: your work, done well and fast, and always yours.
Your best work, faster. Always yours.
Look at the tools people kept over the years. Most of them could be used without reading a manual first. We want Tatsulok to be that kind of tool. There are no prompts to learn and no system to set up first. It starts from what you already have.
We also want you to leave knowing more than when you came. When an answer comes from your files, it shows you where, so you can check it and learn from it. Tatsulok should make you more capable, never dependent on us. We would rather help you grow than take the most we can from you today, and when the people we serve do well, our own work becomes sustainable. That order matters to us.
Work is changing. Your tools should change with you.
We are building toward one Tatsu that knows your work the same way wherever you are: in your mail, in Word and Excel, and on your phone. You should never have to explain the same thing twice.
We are building toward a Tatsulok where changing any part of what Tatsu prepared is as easy as reading it, and where a correction you make once holds the next time. Tatsu does what it is good at: gathering, reading, drafting, adding up and remembering. You do what only you can do: choosing, judging, and deciding what goes out. Each side does its own part well.
Work itself is changing too, and your tools should change with you. We are building toward a Tatsulok that helps you build your own systems: the way you already work, made repeatable, owned by you and understood by you. Tatsu would offer a whole system for work you repeat, do the building, and explain how each part works, and you would decide whether to keep it and could change it yourself.
Part of that works today. Tatsu can make a small app in your own library, like a tracker for the quotes you send, and when you keep typing the same kind of facts into a chat, it offers to keep them in one. You fill it in through the app itself, Tatsu can add entries to it from a chat, and when you want it to look or work differently, you ask Tatsu.
We will get there step by step. We will not promise dates we cannot keep, and we will say plainly what works today and what does not work yet.
What we hold to
Three things, in the work and not only on this page: integrity, so what we tell you is true even when a softer answer would convert better; excellence, because work done for people deserves to be done properly; and peace, which is the one we ask of every decision we make.
Peace is a practical test, not a slogan. Before we ship anything we ask whether it leaves the person on the other end calmer or more pressured. That question is why there are no streaks to keep here, no invented urgency, no notifications designed to pull you back, and no obstacle course when you want to cancel. If you close the laptop knowing where you stand, we did our job.
Why we build it
We are Christians, and Tatsulok is built for the glory of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is God and that He rose from the dead, that this is God's business, and that we are stewards of it rather than owners. That is the reason behind the paragraphs above, and we would rather say it plainly here than have anyone guess.
Two passages shape how we work.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”
The second commandment is the whole product brief. Our neighbor here is the person putting their name on the work, and loving them looks like an honest number, a citation they can check themselves, and a price that does not take advantage of them.
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
That is why revenue is not our scoreboard. We still have to earn a living and run this responsibly, but the order is settled: do the right work first, and trust that the rest follows.
None of this is asked of you, and none of it changes what you get. Tatsulok never preaches at you, never puts any of this in your way while you work, and gives exactly the same care to every person who uses it, whatever they believe. If you are here for a tool that reads your papers honestly, that is what you get, and you are genuinely welcome.
