A real cited answer
Live sample over a sample compliance packet we published: a registration certificate, a filing schedule, and a filed-returns log. Tap a citation number and the exact line opens.
You ask
Which BIR forms do I need to file, and did I miss any this year?
Tatsulok answers
The registration covers two tax types: percentage tax on BIR Form 2551Q every quarter, and income tax on BIR Form 1701Q with the annual 1701A . Each 2551Q falls due within 25 days after the quarter closes: April 25, July 25, October 25, then January 25 . One filing looks missed: the log's latest percentage tax return is still the first quarter, filed April 21, and the second-quarter return that fell due July 25 does not appear .
