Tatsulok is operated by Aquila Smart City Technologies Inc. (“Tatsulok”, “we”, “us”). By using Tatsulok, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-product before they take effect.
Tatsulok is a knowledge platform for professional teams. It connects your work, files, threads, memory, integrations, to AI models that can read, search, and act on it under strict privacy guarantees described in our Privacy Policy. The service evolves; features may be added, changed, or removed as the platform matures.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@tatsulok.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
How Tatsulok handles your work is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: each request is processed by a model provider and forgotten the moment the response returns, no content retention, no training, no human review. Your workspace stays with you. By using the service you agree to processing as described in the Privacy Policy. For business customers whose use is subject to the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, or similar laws, our Data Processing Addendum at https://www.tatsulok.com/legal/dpa forms part of these terms.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload, write, or generate inside Tatsulok. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you, storage, processing, and routing to model providers under the zero-data-retention controls described in our Privacy Policy. Tatsulok and its underlying platform, software, design, and brand, remain our property.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination you can export your workspace before final deletion; afterwards, your data is removed from active systems on a defined schedule.
Tatsulok is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Tatsulok is an AI-powered service: when you chat with Tatsu or ask it to read, search, draft, or act on your behalf, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, and the responses you receive are generated by AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review important results, especially legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes content, before relying on them. Where Tatsu drafts content or takes actions for you, it does so under your instruction and remains subject to your review. This disclosure is made in line with Article 50(1) of the EU AI Act.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use Tatsulok as a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections or venue rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-product before they take effect. The current version is always at https://www.tatsulok.com/legal/terms.
